Vegetarian ribs 100 gr Sliced shallots 3 tablespoons Cooking oil 3 tablespoons Vegetarian fish sauce 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 2 tablespoons Vegetarian seasoning 1 tablespoon Sugar 1 tablespoon Chili powder 1 teaspoon

How to Cook Vegetarian Pork Floss from Vegetarian Ribs

  • Soak the Ribs

    Put 100gr of vegetarian ribs into a large bowl, soak in water until fully submerged for about 30 minutes.

  • Shred the Ribs

    After soaking the ribs, drain the water and proceed to shred them into bite-sized pieces.
