How to prepare Pork Rolls with River Leaves

  • Prepare the ingredients

    To eliminate the smell of pork, rub salt evenly around the meat, then rinse it thoroughly before putting it into a meat grinder to mince.

    Soak the wood ear mushrooms in hot water for about 5 minutes until they expand, rinse clean, and chop finely.

    Peel the carrot, rinse it clean, and chop finely. After peeling the lemongrass, smash it and chop finely. Cut the green onions to take the leaves, pick the leaves of the herbs, and wash the betel leaves before chopping them finely along with the green onions and herbs.

    Pick the river leaves, wash them clean, and let them drain.
