Ingredients for Making Steamed Rice Cake with Air Fryer For 2 people

Tapioca flour 205 gr Coconut milk 200 ml Chicken eggs 4 eggs Condensed milk 40 ml Yeast 0.05 gr Baking powder 0.05 gr Sugar 100 gr Vanilla 1 tube Salt 1/4 teaspoon

How to Prepare Making Cake with an Air Fryer

  • Cook Coconut Water

    First, place a pot on the stove to cook a mixture of 100g sugar with 150ml of coconut milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until completely dissolved.

  • Mixing the batter

    You use a sieve to sift 200g of tapioca flour, then add 0.05g of baking powder, 0.05g of yeast, and 1 vial of vanilla into a bowl and mix well. For the eggs, beat them gently to avoid creating bubbles in the batter.

    Wait for the sugar syrup and coconut milk mixture to cool, then add the tapioca flour mixture and beaten eggs, and stir until dissolved. After that, let the batter rest for about 60 minutes.

  • Baking the cake

    Line the air fryer with aluminum foil and brush a thin layer of cooking oil. Then preheat the fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes before baking the cake.

    Next, pour the cake mixture into the mold and place it in the air fryer to bake for the first time at 165 degrees for 20 minutes, and for the second time at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.

    While waiting for the cake to finish baking, prepare the dipping sauce for the cake. To make the dipping sauce, simply mix 50ml of coconut milk, 40ml of condensed milk, and 5g of tapioca flour.
