How to prepare Grilled Enoki Mushroom Tofu Rolls

Prepare the ingredients
Cut the tofu into thin slices about 0.5cm thick. Next, fry until golden in a hot oil pan over low heat, then remove.
Soak the enoki mushrooms in vinegar water and salt for 5 minutes to clean and eliminate the smell.

Marinate the tofu
Marinate the fried tofu with 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of char siu marinade, mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Add about 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to the pan, then add 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1.5 teaspoons of vegetarian seasoning, and 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds and stir well for 2 minutes.

Mushroom Rolls
Separate the enoki mushrooms into pieces about the size of a pinky finger, wrap tofu around the mushrooms, then skewer with a bamboo stick (or toothpick) to secure it, one bamboo stick can skewer about 6 rolls.
