How to make Stir-fried Cabbage with Tofu

Prepare the ingredients
Chop the cabbage into small pieces, remove the inner stem, then wash and drain. Cilantro cut off the stem, discard wilted leaves, wash with water, and drain.
Wash the tofu with water to clean it, then place it in a colander to drain, before cutting it into thin slices for eating.

Stir-fried cabbage with tofu
Put a pan on the stove, add 2 spoons of cooking oil and heat over medium heat, wait for the oil to boil, then add the plate of sliced tofu to fry until slightly golden and crispy.
Add the seasonings to the pan including: 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, then mix well and stir-fry so that the tofu absorbs the seasonings.
