Prepare the ingredients
After buying the frogs, remove the internal organs, peel off the skin (or keep the skin if preferred). Wash the frogs thoroughly, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Pickled shallots and green onions, discard the damaged leaves and old leaves, and remove the roots. Wash them thoroughly and let them drain separately. Then cut the green onions into sections, and crush the shallots.
Peel the garlic and red onion, then chop them finely.

Stir-fry frog and scallions
After preparing the frog meat, marinate it with half of the minced garlic and onion, half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of seasoning powder, half a tablespoon of fish sauce, one tablespoon of turmeric powder, and half a teaspoon of ground pepper. Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a pan, heat the oil and then add the remaining minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and golden.
Next, add the marinated frog into the pan, stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes. Then add about 5 tablespoons of water, stir-fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.
