Prepare Ingredients
To clean and eliminate the odor of the chicken, rub the chicken with salt for about 15 minutes, then rinse it several times with water. After that, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the sugarcane and cut it into pieces about 2 finger lengths. Then wash it thoroughly and let it drain.
Pineapple peel, remove the eyes and any spoiled parts. Divide into 2 portions and cut into thin slices for easy eating.
Lemongrass cut in half, crush the bulb part. Clean the ginger and slice it thinly.
