How to Prepare Sweet and Sour Vegetarian Stir-Fried Mushrooms

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper should be washed, seeds removed, and cut into bite-sized pieces about 1/2 finger length.

    The onion should be peeled and cut into wedges. The wood ear mushrooms should be soaked in cold water for about 30 minutes, then washed and cut into bite-sized pieces.
