    Add the minced meat to a bowl and marinate with a mixture of spices including: 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 1 teaspoon of fish sauce.
