How to choose fresh ingredients
How to choose fresh and safe chicken eggs
- There are 2 types of chicken eggs: free-range and industrial. Free-range eggs are more delicious and nutritious, however, if you can’t find free-range eggs, using industrial eggs is still fine.
- When choosing industrial chicken eggs, you should select those with dark and even colored shells, a slightly rough surface, and when shaken lightly, there should be no sound, indicating that these are fresh eggs.
- Eggs that are pale, have smooth shells, and have tiny black spots, and make a clear sound when shaken should not be purchased as they may have been stored for too long or could be spoiled inside.
How to choose delicious, quality peanuts
- Choose nuts that are large and round, with a bright outer shell; when you press them with your hand, they should feel firm and plump.
- Do not choose nuts that are crushed, rotten, infested, or have an unusual odor.
- To buy delicious and quality peanuts, you should purchase them from reputable supermarkets or large markets.
