How to make Thai red milk tea

Make coffee jelly
Put into bowl 120g of white granulated sugar along with 12g of jelly powder and 3g of black coffee powder (1 packet) dissolved and mixed well.
Add 1.3 liters of water into pot and place on stove to boil. After about 10 minutes, when the water boils, pour the mixed sugar powder into the pot, using a whisk or ladle to stir well until dissolved, then reduce the heat and boil for another 5 minutes to cook the powder.
Scoop the mixture into a bowl or tray to cool down, then put it in the refrigerator refrigerator to let the jelly set. Once set, use a knife to cut into small square pieces for easy eating.

Tea Brewing
Use 60g of Thai red tea with 1 liter of hot water at about 90 degrees Celsius in a large pot without covering it for 30 minutes. After that, strain the tea leaves through a strainer to obtain the tea extract (the tea extract will still be hot at this point).

Add 150g of cream powder, 250ml of condensed milk, and the brewed tea extract into a pot.
