Cut the chicken wings into 3 segments at the joints. Use the tip of the scissors to carefully detach the meat close to the bone. Next, gently pull the chicken bones out.

After purchasing the sugarcane, peel it clean, wash it thoroughly, and then cut it into small pieces about 5 cm long to mimic pork bones.
