How to make Vanilla Ice Cream from Whipping Cream

Whip the whipping cream
Put 500ml of whipping cream in a large bowl, use an egg beater to whip at the highest speed for about 2 – 3 minutes until the cream doubles in volume but is still in a liquid state, without clear peaks forming.

Mix the vanilla cream mixture
Use a knife to split the vanilla pod into long, thin pieces and then scrape lightly to extract the vanilla seeds inside.
Then add the vanilla seeds into the whipping cream mixture above and proceed to whip evenly until the vanilla is blended with the cream.
