  • Prepare the ingredients

    After buying pennywort, you put it in a basket, picking out any yellow or damaged stems. Next, you wash the pennywort several times with water to remove all dirt and soil. After that, you drain the pennywort.

    For the beef, you rinse it briefly with water, then use a knife to slice it into thin, bite-sized pieces and put the meat into a bowl.

    For the garlic, you peel it clean, then mince it, and put it into a dish.
