How to make Vegetarian Pizza

Prepare the ingredients
- Tomatoes bought should be washed clean, cut the tomatoes and squeeze the tomato juice out separately. Peel the skin and chop the tomatoes finely.
- Sweet corn should be washed clean and the corn kernels removed.
- Basil should be picked and washed with clean water.
- Onions should be washed clean, peeled, and cut into small slices using a knife.
- Sweet peppers should be washed clean, seeds removed, and cut into small strips. Hot peppers should be washed clean, stems removed, and sliced thinly.

Make the tomato sauce
Pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into the pan, turn on medium heat to heat the oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions and sauté briefly.
When the onions are fragrant, add the tomatoes and tomato juice to sauté.
When the tomatoes are almost cooked, season with a little monosodium glutamate to taste, when the tomatoes boil and are cooked, turn off the heat and let it cool.
When the tomatoes have cooled, put them in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add toppings to the pizza
Place the pizza base on a clean surface, then brush olive oil around the edge of the base.
Spread ketchup on the pizza and evenly coat the surface.

Put the pizza into the air fryer, set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius, and bake for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, take the pizza out and cut it into small pieces to serve immediately.
