Water 200 ml Mint leaves 100 gr Brown sugar 100 gr Whiskey 30 ml

How to make Brown Sugar Whiskey Ice Cream

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and remove any damaged leaves.

    Step 1 Prepare the ingredients for brown sugar whiskey ice cream
  • Making ice cream

    You put 200ml of water into a pot, when the water boils, add 100gr of brown sugar and reduce the heat, stirring well until the sugar dissolves. Next, add 100gr of mint leaves and cook together. After 5 minutes of cooking, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool for 45 minutes.

    When the water has cooled, strain the mixture to remove the mint leaves. Add 30ml of whiskey to the sugar water mixture and stir well.

    Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold and freeze for 30 minutes; when the ice cream has partially set, insert ice cream sticks in the middle and continue to freeze the ice cream for 4 hours to overnight for the ice cream to completely harden.

    After one night of freezing, the brown sugar whiskey ice cream is ready for you to enjoy.

    Tip: To remove the ice cream from the mold, soak the ice cream mold in warm water for about 30 seconds to easily take out the ice cream.
