Prepare the ingredients
Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and remove any damaged leaves.

Making ice cream
You put 200ml of water into a pot, when the water boils, add 100gr of brown sugar and reduce the heat, stirring well until the sugar dissolves. Next, add 100gr of mint leaves and cook together. After 5 minutes of cooking, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool for 45 minutes.
When the water has cooled, strain the mixture to remove the mint leaves. Add 30ml of whiskey to the sugar water mixture and stir well.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream mold and freeze for 30 minutes; when the ice cream has partially set, insert ice cream sticks in the middle and continue to freeze the ice cream for 4 hours to overnight for the ice cream to completely harden.
