How to make Fruit Oatmeal

  • Make the oatmeal mixture

    You prepare a food container, then add 70gr of oatmeal, 100ml of fresh milk, and 1 cup of unsweetened yogurt. Mix well and seal the container, then put it in the refrigerator fridge to let it sit overnight.

    With ripe bananas, peel them and use a knife to cut them into small bite-sized pieces.

    For avocados, cut the fruit in half to remove the pit, then peel and cut half of the flesh into moderately sized pieces.

    Take the oatmeal mixture out of the refrigerator, then add the banana and avocado, and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of granola on top to finish.
