Ingredients for blended Milo For 1 person
Milo powder 65 gr Agar powder 2 gr Condensed milk 30 ml Fresh milk 15 ml Sugar 4 tablespoons Frozen ice water a little
How to make Milo blended ice
-
Prepare the jelly powder
First, you mix 40g of sugar and 2g of jelly powder in a bowl and stir the mixture well.
-
Cook the Milo jelly
Place a pot on the stove and add 500ml of water, then boil over medium heat.
When the water boils, reduce to low heat, add the jelly powder mixture from step 1, and stir continuously. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Next, remove the pot and skim off any remaining foam on the surface.
Then, add 35g of Milo powder (about 5 tablespoons) into the still warm jelly mixture and stir until the Milo powder is fully dissolved.
After that, strain the Milo jelly mixture through a sieve to make it smoother and let it cool completely at room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set the jelly.
-
Cutting Milo Jelly
Once the Milo jelly is set, take it out and cut it into bite-sized squares about the size of a finger joint.
-
Making Crushed Milo
Add 28g of Milo powder (about 4 tablespoons) to a bowl with 100ml of hot water and stir well until the mixture is completely dissolved.
Then, pour the Milo water into a blender with 15ml of fresh milk, 30ml of condensed milk, a bit of frozen ice, and blend until smooth for about 2 minutes.
-
Final Product
You pour the finished blended milo mixture into a glass, add milo jelly along with a little milo powder sprinkled on top, and it is ready to enjoy. The process is simple, but the result is incredibly delicious.
Chilled blended milo, fragrant, sweet from the milk, and slightly bitter from the milo powder blend with the chewy, sticky jelly. On a hot summer day, enjoying such an appealing drink would be wonderful!
