How to choose good almonds
- Choose nuts with intact outer shells, uniformly golden brown color, round and plump, with the thin shell not peeling off, not cracked.
- Quality almonds will have a characteristic aroma, feel light, and not have any sour or damp smell. The nuts should have a rich and buttery taste, a light crunchy texture, not harsh, not pungent, not mixed, or overly bland, and should not show signs of bitterness or sourness.
- Finally, you should carefully check the labels, barcodes, place of production, expiration date,… If the information is missing, unclear, or tampered with, it is best not to buy.
- Do not buy nuts that are damaged, such as those with black spots, cracks, crushed, missing the thin outer shell, or having strange smells.

Tip:- Let the almonds cool completely to room temperature before putting them in the blender.
- During blending, stop the blender 2 – 3 times, use a spoon to stir, and then continue blending to prevent the machine from overheating.
- If your blender is small, you should add the almonds in batches, do not add too many at once to make it easier to blend and protect your blender.
