How to make shredded chicken crab soup

Prepare the crab
After buying the crab, do not cut the string yet but puncture the crab first.
Flip the crab over and use scissors or a sharp knife to poke straight into the hollow part until the legs and claws are fully extended, then wash thoroughly with salt water.
After cleaning the crab, place it in a steamer until it turns orange, then take it out and let it cool on a plate.
Next, separate the crab shell onto a plate first to prevent the roe from spilling out, remove the crab’s gills, and take the meat.

Prepare other ingredients
Wash the chicken meat with salted water and then rinse it with cold water to clean.
Next, wash the shiitake mushrooms and chop them finely. For the crab sticks, just shred them.
Then, wash the carrots, peel them, and dice them.
After boiling the chicken to make the broth, take it out to cool and then shred it.
