How to make Mint Chocolate

  • Melting dark chocolate

    First, place 200g of dark chocolate chips into a bowl and melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

    Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint oil and stir well. Then, pour the chocolate into a round mold and chill in the freezer refrigerator for about 5 minutes to harden.

    In a new bowl, add 200g of white chocolate chips and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then, also add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint oil and stir well.

  • Making candy

    Next, place 12 candy canes into a zip bag and use a mallet to crush the candy.

  • Mix white chocolate with matcha powder

    Next, add 1 tablespoon of matcha powder to a bowl of white chocolate and stir well until the chocolate turns a beautiful light green color.

  • Pour the candy
