  • Choose pieces of breast with white skin because this is mature chicken and the meat will be chewier and tastier. When pressing on the meat, it should have elasticity, not be mushy.
  • Avoid choosing pieces of breast with many white streaks; the more streaks there are, the less fat and protein, and the meat will absorb spices more difficultly when cooked.

How to choose fresh cucumbers

  • You can choose cucumbers that are bright green, evenly colored, and intact.
