  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peel the shallots. Remove the roots and spoiled leaves of the wormwood.

    Wash the ingredients thoroughly, chop the wormwood, and finely chop the shallots.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, remove any wilted leaves from the wormwood you bought, wash it several times with clean water, drain it, then use a knife to chop it finely.

    Next, take a bowl and crack 4 eggs into it, using a chopsticks to beat them. Then, add all the chopped wormwood, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, and continue to mix well to combine the seasonings.

    For garlic and shallots, peel the skin, chop the garlic finely, and slice the shallots thinly.

    Tip: To keep the fried eggs from being dry and easier to eat, you can add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise sauce!

    Then, pour the entire mixture of chicken eggs and Vietnamese wormwood leaves in, while reducing the heat to low and frying for about 3 minutes.

    After that, add the stir-fried crab meat and continue frying for an additional 3 – 5 minutes. When the chicken eggs are cooked, turn off the heat and serve on a plate to enjoy!
