  • Prepare the ingredients

    Trim both ends of the green beans, wash them thoroughly with water, then remove to a colander to drain. Then, cut them into diagonal pieces suitable for eating.

    Peel the carrot, wash it with water, and cut it into thin strips about 2 finger lengths long.

    Peel the garlic, wash it, and mince it finely. Remove any wilted leaves and roots from the green onions, wash them, and chop them finely.
