How to Make Cocoa Powder Covered Milk Mochi

  • Cook flour with milk

First, add 30gr of tapioca flour, 20gr of brown sugar into a pot, and use a flat whisk to mix the ingredients evenly.

Divide 200ml of unsweetened fresh milk into 3 parts, gradually adding each part into the pot of flour while using the flat whisk to mix continuously to prevent the flour from clumping and create a milk flour mixture.

Place the mixed milk flour on the stove, turn on low heat, and continuously stir with the flat whisk while cooking to prevent the flour from burning. When the milk flour mixture in the pot becomes sticky, chewy, and can be stretched, turn off the heat.
