    You put a pot on the stove to boil 250ml of water, when the water is boiling vigorously, you add 50g of tapioca pearls and cook for about 10 – 15 minutes. During the cooking process, continuously stir to prevent the tapioca pearls from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

    Next, pour the filtered mixture into a pot, place it on the stove, then gradually add the brewed tea, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 150g of rock sugar, and 150g of condensed milk.

    Stir the mixture evenly over low heat until it boils, then remove the powder and continue to add 660ml of fresh milk, cooking for about 3 – 5 minutes.

    When the milk heats up, taste it again to adjust to your family’s preference, then turn off the stove and let it cool.
