  • Prepare the melon

    After purchasing the melon, wash it thoroughly with water, then use a knife to peel it and cut off both ends of the fruit. Cut the melon in half and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and seeds.

    Next, cut the melon into small pieces for easier blending and place them in a bowl.

    Add the prepared melon, 200ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 100g of sugar, and 80ml of whipping cream into the blender. Turn on the machine and blend for about 1 – 2 minutes until the smoothie is smooth, then turn off the machine.

How to make Melon Yogurt Smoothie

  • Prepare the melon

    Wash the melon, then place it in a basket to drain. Use a knife to peel the skin, cut off the top and bottom of the fruit. Then, cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds and pulp inside, and cut into 8 pieces for easier blending.

    Add the cut melon pieces, 100g of yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of honey into a blender. Blend until the melon yogurt mixture is smooth, then turn off the machine.

How to choose fresh and delicious cantaloupe

  • Generally, cantaloupe is best in the Spring-Summer season (February – June). Because cantaloupe loves sunlight, it will be very sweet and crunchy at this time.
  • When choosing cantaloupe, you should pay attention to the umbilicus of the cantaloupe (the round area at the bottom of the fruit). The riper and sweeter the cantaloupe, the larger and rounder the umbilicus will be.
  • You should choose fruits of moderate size, feeling firm in hand, with fresh and green stems, as these fruits are freshly harvested and will be sweeter and crunchier.
  • Avoid selecting cantaloupe that has overly shiny skin, small fruits, green skin, and does not have a fragrant smell, as these fruits are harvested early and are still immature.
