  • Prepare the chicken

    Prepare the spice mixture for marinating the chicken. First, add 3 peeled garlic cloves and 2 chili peppers into a mortar and pound them finely.

    Then add half a tablespoon of coarse salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and ¼ tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, and continue to pound until the salt is finely ground.
