• To choose good beef, you should observe the color of the meat piece. Fresh meat usually has a bright red color, not dark red, and the fat should be light yellow.
• You should choose small, tender pieces of meat, with fine grain, and when you press your finger on it, it should have good elasticity.
• If you see white, small, easily detachable spots on the meat, it could very well be cysts. You should also avoid pre-cut small pieces of meat, as they often contain cysts.

How to choose good bell peppers:

  • To select good bell peppers, you should pick those with a shiny, smooth, thick skin, still having the stem tightly attached, feeling heavy in hand, and having bright colors. These will be fresh bell peppers rich in nutrients.
  • Do not choose soft, mushy bell peppers with dark spots, dull colors, and cracks, as these are spoiled and lack many nutrients.
  • Bell peppers come in two types: male and female. If the stem divides into 4, it’s a female pepper, while if it divides into 3, it’s a male pepper.   • The chicken meat should not have a spoiled or foul smell.
  • Use your hand to press the meat to check; if the meat is firm and elastic, it is good chicken. If the meat is mushy, slippery, deformed, or dented, do not buy it to avoid health issues.

How to Make Grilled Chicken Wings

  • Prepare the Ingredients
