Preparing ingredients
Wash the sprouts and let them drain. Peel the garlic, chop half of it finely, and crush the other half. Wash the chili, remove the stem, and crush it.
Cut the beef belly into bite-sized pieces about 2 finger lengths and place them in a bowl. If you buy a whole piece of beef, rinse it with diluted salt water, then wash it clean before cutting it into pieces.

Marinate and stir-fry the beef
Marinate the beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, mix well so that the beef absorbs the spices, marinate for about 10 minutes.
