Prepare the ingredients
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the chili and finely chop it.

Cook the dipping sauce for grilled meat
You place a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add the minced garlic to sauté until fragrant.
