Prepare and marinate beef
Wash the beef in diluted salt water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water, and cut into bite-sized pieces about the thickness of a finger.

Finally, add the onion cut into wedges into the pot, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with water and slowly pour it into the pot, stir well to thicken the dish, and adjust the seasoning to taste before turning off the heat!
