Prepare the ingredients
Soak the soybeans you bought in a bowl filled with water, adding 50g of soybeans to soak overnight. You should soak the soybeans before cooking to save time and make it easier to prepare.
You can also prepare pandan water in advance by blending pandan leaves with water and then straining out the residue to get the extract.
-
Processing
After soaking the soybeans overnight, rinse them thoroughly with water and put them into the milk-making machine, add 1 liter of water, then turn on the blending mode to grind the soybeans finely.
Once the soybeans are finely ground, turn off the machine, then prepare a bowl to mix 50g of sugar with 3g of jelly powder and add it to the machine. Next, add 4 tablespoons of pandan leaf water, 40ml of whipping cream, and then turn on the machine to cook for another hour.
After the soybean mixture is cooked, you can pour it into molds to shape or into a bowl to cool, then place it in the refrigerator to set the tofu.
