  • Prepare and marinate the beef

    To remove the smell of beef, you can use vinegar mixed with water, soak 400g of beef for about 10 minutes, then rinse with clean water. After that, cut into small pieces.

    To marinate the beef, put into a box containing the meat 1 spoon of pepper, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 3 teaspoons of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 1/2 of the minced garlic, mix well and let the meat marinate for 10 minutes.

    With 200 grams of pickled onion, peel off the outer skin, cut off the roots, and wash thoroughly with water. Next, peel 1 onion, wash it clean, and slice it thinly.

    Then, take 1 carrot, peel it, wash it clean, and use a peeler to shred it. Also, take 2 stalks of green onion and 2 stalks of cilantro, remove any bad leaves, cut off the roots, wash them clean, and chop them finely.

    Place a pan on the stove, adjust the heat to medium, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add the remaining minced garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add the beef, stirring quickly to cook the meat evenly.

    After stir-frying for about 3 minutes, when the beef is slightly cooked, add all the scallions, continue to stir-fry for another minute, then add the shredded carrots, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes before adding the onions.

    Stir-fry for about 5 more minutes, adjusting the seasoning to suit your family’s taste. Then, add the chopped green onions, cilantro, and a little ground pepper, stir well and turn off the heat.

    Plate the stir-fried dish onto a plate, sprinkle a little sesame on top to make the dish more aromatic and attractive!
