Prepare the vegetarian beef slices
After purchasing the vegetarian beef slices, soak them in boiling water for about 10 minutes until soft, then rinse them with clean water.
Add oil to the pan, wait for it to heat up, then stir-fry the vegetarian beef slices, adding 1 tablespoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir well and then turn off the heat.
