How to make Peach Milk Tea

Making jelly
Put the pot on the stove, add 500ml of water and bring it to a boil. Once the water boils, reduce the heat and add 140g of jelly powder, stirring well for 5 minutes.
Then, pour the jelly into a bowl or tray, let it cool slightly, then put it in the fridge refrigerator to let the jelly set.
Tip: If you don’t like the jelly to be too firm or crunchy, you can reduce the amount of jelly powder to about 100g!

Brewing tea
Add 5g of black tea to a glass with 130ml of boiling water and steep for about 15 minutes without covering it!
