Place a pot on the stove, select the Soup cooking mode. Pour 1 liter of water into the pot, add 270g of sugar and 1 package of jelly powder, and stir well. When the water starts to boil, cook for another 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Next, add 3 packets of unsweetened instant coffee to the pot and stir well.
Note: To prevent the jelly from clumping, you can mix the jelly powder with sugar and then add them to the boiling water, stirring until it boils, and cook for about 5 minutes before turning off the heat. -
Pouring into the mold
Chop 80g of Laughing Cow cheese into small pieces to make the jelly filling, and place the cheese into the mold. Strain the coffee jelly mixture through a strainer and pour it into the mold containing the cheese.

Cooking the Jelly
First, put 5g of jelly powder, 50g of sugar, and 500ml of filtered water into a pot and use a spoon to stir well.
Then, place the pot on the stove, turn the heat to medium, and stir continuously to prevent the mixture from clumping.
Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes until it boils, then skim off the foam to keep the jelly clear and free of bubbles (when cooking jelly, you should keep the heat medium, not too high to avoid burning).

Next, cut the cheese into small pieces and place them into the mold (it’s recommended to cut it small so that when pouring the jelly, it will cover the cheese filling completely).
