Jelly powder 1 packet (about 10g) Laughing Cow cheese 80 g Instant black coffee 3 packets Sugar 270 g Water 1 liter

How to make Cheese Coffee Jelly

  • Cooking the jelly

    Place a pot on the stove, select the Soup cooking mode. Pour 1 liter of water into the pot, add 270g of sugar and 1 package of jelly powder, and stir well. When the water starts to boil, cook for another 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.

    Next, add 3 packets of unsweetened instant coffee to the pot and stir well.

    Note: To prevent the jelly from clumping, you can mix the jelly powder with sugar and then add them to the boiling water, stirring until it boils, and cook for about 5 minutes before turning off the heat.

  • Pouring into the mold

    Chop 80g of Laughing Cow cheese into small pieces to make the jelly filling, and place the cheese into the mold. Strain the coffee jelly mixture through a strainer and pour it into the mold containing the cheese.

    Use a fork to pop any small bubbles to make the surface of the cheese jelly smooth and beautiful. Let it cool for 1 – 2 hours until the jelly sets, then you can remove it from the mold and enjoy immediately.

  • Cooking the Jelly

    First, put 5g of jelly powder, 50g of sugar, and 500ml of filtered water into a pot and use a spoon to stir well.

    Then, place the pot on the stove, turn the heat to medium, and stir continuously to prevent the mixture from clumping.

    Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes until it boils, then skim off the foam to keep the jelly clear and free of bubbles (when cooking jelly, you should keep the heat medium, not too high to avoid burning).

  • Take the cheese and jelly out of the mold

    Next, cut the cheese into small pieces and place them into the mold (it’s recommended to cut it small so that when pouring the jelly, it will cover the cheese filling completely). You should cut the cheese and put it into the mold before cooking the jelly to avoid the jelly setting before pouring it into the mold.

    After turning off the stove, use a ladle to slowly scoop the jelly into the cheese mold you have prepared, wait for the jelly to cool, then place it in the fridge refrigerator for about 1 – 2 hours before serving.
