  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Beef bought should be deodorized by soaking in diluted saltwater for 2 – 3 minutes, then removed and drained.

    • You can use white wine mixed with crushed ginger and rub it on the meat. Let it sit for about 5 – 10 minutes and then rinse off with water.

    • Additionally, while marinating the meat, you can grill a shallot, peel it, crush it finely, and marinate it with the beef to effectively remove the smell.

    • If you don’t have a charcoal grill at home, you can use an air fryer or an electric grill.

    • If you are using an air fryer, preheat the fryer to 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Then, place the beef in to grill at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
