    To eliminate the odor and clean the beef, rinse it with diluted salt water and then wash it again with clean water.

    Use paper or a clean cloth to pat the meat dry, then cut it into slices about 1.5 finger widths thick.

    Put the beef in a bowl, marinate the beef with 1/2 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/3 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of five-spice powder, 1/2 tablespoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of dried lemongrass.

    Wear gloves and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Cover the bowl tightly with food wrap and place it in the fridge refrigerator for about 2 hours before grilling.

  • Grill the beef

    After 2 hours of marinating, take the beef out of the refrigerator, preheat the grill at 230 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes to stabilize the temperature.

    Once the grill is hot, place the beef in the grill. Reduce the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and grill for 15 minutes.

    Then increase the temperature to 220 degrees Celsius and grill for another 10 minutes, then flip the beef and grill the other side for an additional 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.

    Put 1/2 tablespoon of white sesame seeds in a pot, roast until fragrant, then add 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1/3 tablespoon of sugar, then stir well.

    To grill the meat, you first need to heat the charcoal. Once the charcoal is glowing red, place the grill on the stove and then put the meat on the grill.
