How to Make Grilled Meat Marinade Sauce

Extract Garlic and Shallot Juice
Put garlic and shallots into a blender to puree. Then add water and mix well.
Pour all the pureed garlic and shallot mixture into a filtering cloth to squeeze out the juice.
Tip: If you do it this way, the meat will not have bits of garlic and shallots when marinated but will still have the aroma. These two ingredients can easily burn and harm health. -
Mix the Sauce
Add all the ingredients including oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning powder, pink salt, five spice powder, rice wine, honey, sugar, monosodium glutamate, pepper, annatto powder, chili powder, pineapple sauce into the bowl and stir well.
