Fry the Tofu
Wash the white tofu thoroughly with water after purchasing. Cut the white tofu into thin pieces of 0.5 cm.
Then, fry it over medium heat until the tofu is cooked and has a light yellow color.
Finally, soak the tofu in a bowl of water to soften it.

Frying Taro
First, peel the taro thoroughly, wash it several times with water, then cut it into long strips about 3 finger lengths.
Similar to tofu, you should fry 200 grams of taro until cooked.

You place a piece of fried tofu on a clean cutting board or large plate, add one fried taro strip, and roll it up.
Then, use chive stems to tie it up. You roll similarly with the remaining tofu and taro ingredients.

Put a pan on the stove, sauté 1 tablespoon of shallots with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil until fragrant.
