  • Sauté the shrimp paste

    Since the ingredients in this dish are all pre-processed, you don’t need to spend time preparing and cleaning the ingredients.

    Put a pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil, then add some garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add 1 tablespoon of shrimp paste and 2 tablespoons of tamarind concentrate, stir well. When the mixture boils, add 1 tablespoon of chili powder and 2 tablespoons of palm sugar, stir until the mixture thickens.

  • Stir-fry shrimp paste

    You use another pan, add cooking oil and the remaining chopped onion and garlic to sauté until fragrant. Next, add 2 small bowls of dried shrimp paste and stir for a few minutes, then add the shrimp paste mixture that you just prepared and stir until the shrimp and shrimp paste are well combined.

    When the mixture starts to dry out, add 2 tablespoons of fried garlic and stir again until you can turn off the heat.
