How to Choose Quality Fresh Squid
- You should choose squid that has shiny skin, with a milky white opaque body, and clear eyes that are not bulging out.
- When pressing with your hand, the squid should be firm and elastic, not mushy, and the tentacles should be tightly attached to each other and not separated.
- Do not choose squid with cloudy eyes; if observed, there is a slimy substance leaking out, and the tentacles are soft and mushy, lacking elasticity when pressed.
