Peel the shallots, wash them clean, and slice them thinly. Place a pan on the stove, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and add the sliced shallots to fry until golden and fragrant. Remove half of the fried shallots to a bowl, leaving the rest in the pan with the oil.
