  • Prepare the ingredients

    After purchasing, you should blanch the crab meat in boiling water for about 1 minute, then remove it and let it drain. If you steam the crab meat and shred it immediately, you can skip the blanching step.

    Shiitake mushrooms cut off the muddy stems, wash them clean, then slice them thinly.

    Remove the husk from the corn, wash it clean, then grate it, and chop the hairy crab into small pieces.

    Soak the snow mushrooms in water for about 20 – 30 minutes until they soften, then rinse them with water again, and cut them into small pieces.
