How to prepare Beef Ball Noodles

Prepare the ingredients

Place a pan on the stove, add 2 bowls of water, and add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, wait for the water to boil for about 5 minutes, then add the greens and blanch until cooked for about 30 seconds.

Cook the broth
Place a pot on the stove, add about 1 bowl of water used for boiling meat into the pot.
Add 20g of shrimp heads and 150g of beef balls into the pot, wait for the water to boil for about 3 minutes, then season to taste.
