First, soak 300g of pork in diluted salt water for about 10 – 15 minutes, then rinse clean with water, drain, and proceed to chop or grind finely as desired.
Peel the outer skin of the shallots, rinse them clean, then chop them finely.
For enoki mushrooms, cut off the stems, rinse with diluted salt water for about 5 minutes, then cut into pieces about 2 finger lengths.
Finally, rinse 2 pieces of soft tofu and use a knife to cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Place a pot on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and heat it over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the shallots and sauté until fragrant.
