How to Make Minced Meat Sticky Rice

Prepare the Ingredients
After buying pork, put it all into a bowl.
Soak the wood ear mushrooms in water for 1 hour to expand. Then chop them finely.
Peel the shallots, wash them, and chop them finely.
Wash the green onions and cilantro, then let them dry. Chop the green onions and cilantro, and put them in a separate bowl.

Marinate and stir-fry the meat
