Cook the fish soup with water spinach
First, place a deep non-stick pan on the gas stove, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
When the oil is hot, add 5 crushed shallots and sauté until fragrant. Then, pour the marinated fish into the pan, stir gently to sear the fish, and add about 500ml of water into a bowl, bringing it to a boil over high heat.
